Channels for 3 seconds while standing still. If successful, a massive Fireball crashes down on the target area, scattering smaller Fireballs around it. The massive Fireball deals 1,600% Fire damage to targets and Stuns them for 3 seconds, while the smaller Fireballs deal 150% Fire damage.
Affects both allies and enemies.
